1. What is PAYOK?

PAYOK are an MSB-licensed payment service provider (PSP) and aggregator based out of Dubai, UAE.

2. What verticals and merchant accounts do PAYOK service and support?

We service merchant accounts operating online within the Fintech space,iGaming,Forex,Crypto verticals, and more.

3. What solutions does PAYOK offer?

We offer payment processing and payment gateway solutions. We support popular local alternative payment methods (APM’s) i.e.: Local bank transfers,Virtual bank accounts,A2A payments,E-wallets, and QR payments.

4. Does PAYOK process crypto payments?

Currently we process FIAT payments only.

5. Is PAYOK an omnichannel PSP?

No. PAYOK is strictly an online PSP. We do not support offline solutions or physical/land-based retail merchants.

6. How do you handle chargebacks or fraud prevention?

Chargebacks are more prevalent when processing card payments. PAYOK currently does not offer card acquiring, we focus mostly on APM’s. For fraud prevention we have our own in-house fraud management tool to monitor risk and detect potential fraud cases.

7. What markets/geographies does PAYOK cover?

Emerging markets across South/Southeast Asia and Latin America. We currently process payments in eight countries to date including: Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Bangladesh, Turkey, Brazil and Colombia.

8. What are PAYOK settlement terms?

Settlement cycles are T+0/1/2/3 - this will vary for each country.

9. Can PAYOK settle in FIAT i.e.: EUR, USD or GBP?

No. Settlement for all markets is executed in USDT on the Tron blockchain (TRC-20).

10. What is the onboarding process?

  • Step 2: Discovery call to discuss your requirements and the project in question
  • Step 3: Submit KYC
  • Step 4: Sign appropriate Merchant Service Agreement
  • Step 5: Online registration for dashboard access
  • Step 6: Technical integration
  • Step 7: Go live

11. Are there any onboarding or integration fees?

No. PAYOK charges zero onboarding or integration fees. It is completely free to onboard and integrate.

12. What is the method of integration?

Single API integration for all payment methods and solutions. Our team will provide full API documentation and test credentials for both Payins and Payouts.

13. Does PAYOK partner and integrate with Payment Facilitators (PayFac), Merchants of Record (MoR) and/or Orchestration Platforms?

Yes. We welcome working with agents and introducers, and can integrate with PayFac’s, MoR’s and Orchestration Platforms. In fact, we have many existing integrations allowing for seamless onboarding.

14. What are PAYOK operational hours?

Much of our team is based in Dubai GMT+4. Payments never sleep, and neither do we – Merchant support is available 24/7.
